I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and member of the California Association of Marriage & Family Therapists (CAMFT). I received my Bachelor of Arts degree at University of California, Irvine. I then went on to complete my education at Azusa Pacific University, where I received my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and was recognized for my work in spiritual integration. I am trained in Brainspotting, and I am a Gottman Level 1 trained therapist.

My passion is to see modern psychotherapy integrated with the most recent understanding of clinical neurobiology and the rich depth of Christian spiritual formation. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, panic disorder, relational, and family dynamic issues. While I have received training in a variety of theoretical approaches, I customize our sessions to meet your unique personality and needs.

The following is a non-exhaustive list of issues I frequently help clients to work through and specific services I provide.

If you need help with a condition you do not see here or have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

*While I work with the partners of sex addicts, I do not actively treat sex addicts themselves. I have a number of very qualified colleagues and specialists I would be happy to refer you to.
